Even though the booth is self-serve, the whole process was seamless and we didn’t run into a single glitch. Verlyn and her husband were there early to handle the setup and were back right on time for take-down, and she made sure we knew she was close by if we ever needed help.
What really stood out was the communication. Verlyn was easily one of the most responsive and prompt vendors we worked with. We were actually passed on to her service just two weeks before the wedding after our initial vendor had to cancel, so having her be so "on it" really helped keep our planning stress-free in those final days.
